Our Mission

To serve with compassion and respect while providing an overall quality service with distinction that upholds The United Nations’ Convention on the Rights of a Persons with Disabilities so that opportunities are created, while empowering participants to live the life they choose to live.

Our mission is to provide comprehensive services designed to empower individuals living with a variety of impairments across a wide spectrum. We recognise the unique challenges faced by each person, and our goal is to help every individual reach their full potential. We believe that by fostering independence among our NDIS participants, we enable them to thrive within their communities and actively contribute to the vibrant mosaic of Australian society.

Our primary focus is to care and act in the best interests of all our participants. Our organisation’s dedication to all participants and staff while delivering required services to our clients, is the sole reason why our organisation has been successful. We want to continue building a good reputation in the industry and more importantly we want to have a positive impact on everyone we cross paths with.

Prime Assist Services will always focus on improving service delivery while upholding individuals’ human rights. We are transparent in our supports and inform participants the development of any new services so individualised supports to their best fit are established. We built processes utilising digital solutions to create more inclusive customer experiences, while ensuring the delivery of quality services that are efficient and effective.

02 Market

Prime Assist Services is going to continue focusing on growing its supports in new and existing markets. Our organisation provides various wide ranges of supports to NDIS participants. Our organisation always cements partnerships to better improve outcomes for our participants and build our productivity in the disability industry market.

03 Access

Prime Assist Services will make sure participants can easily access our services (via internet, phone or otherwise). Our organisation always strives to be transparent to participants and regulators on the way we provide services. We provide complete information about us and our services on offer on our website. Furthermore, there are printed documents at our offices so they can be used to aid the knowledge of both participants and their family members.

Prime Assist Services intends to build its brand in the industry and leverage our experience/expertise to influence the opinions of all communities, disability policy and decisions that support our vision. We will invest in research to better develop and build inclusive practices, improve diversity and equality.
